How can I pay for my order?
– Online via FPX/Billplz using your internet or mobile banking (e.g. Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, etc)
– Online via Paypal using your card, bank or account balance
– In person by cash at Pusat Rakyat LB (only available for collection).

Can I pick up my order in person?
You can collect your order at the LoyarBarang office during business hours. Please choose this option at checkout and then call or email us to schedule your collection. Unpaid orders that are not collected within seven working days may be cancelled.

Where do you ship your merchandise? How much does it cost?
EmslogoWe ship worldwide using Poslaju—an express mail service (EMS) by Pos Malaysia. We charge RM6-10 (inc tax) on shipment within Malaysia for orders less than RM75 (inc tax). It is free for those RM75 and over (inc tax). International shipping charge varies from country to country.  If you would like to use other service providers (eg, TNT, DHL, FedEx, etc), please choose ‘collection at LoyarBarang office’ as delivery method and contact us with the request.

How long will it take for the order to arrive?
We aim to ship your order within two business days upon confirmation. For shipment within Malaysia, you should receive your order within the next business day if your address is located near the city centre. It should take between 2 to 3 business days for other areas in Malaysia.

International shipping time varies from country to country. It should take between 2 to 7 business days before your national EMS provider receive your shipment. Please refer to your national EMS provider for more details on shipment within your country. International shipment is subject to customs clearance. For more information, visit Poslaju website.

How will I know when my order is shipped?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. You can track your order on Poslaju website. It may take several hours for your shipment tracking information to be available online. For international shipment, you should also track on the website of your national EMS provider shipment tracking data within your country.

What if I don’t receive my order after one week of purchase?
Please contact us with your order details. We will investigate the delay and inform you of the next course of action.

What if the merchandise is faulty upon receipt?
We guarantee that upon shipment, all items ordered are in good condition. If you find any of the items delivered to be faulty, contact us with your order details. Please include an explanation about the nature of the damage with an image of the defective item within 2 business days of receipt.

How do I get student discount?
If you are a student, you may enjoy a special discount on selected items. To request for a discount code, just take a picture of your student ID and email it to us. We will then review your request and if you are eligible for discount, we will send you a coupon code. You can use this code for any number of online orders until it expires.

Can I return and get a refund?
If, for any reason, you would like to return any of the items in your order, please contact us. You have to return the items ordered within 14 business days of your purchase. Upon receipt of your returned items in good condition, we will initiate a refund. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for refund processing.
